Salon Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment. We require 48hrs notice for all appointment cancellations or amendments otherwise the booking fee of 50% will be payable. All payments to be made within 48hrs of the appointment date and prior to any further appointment bookings.

Any cancellations within 24hrs or no shows of the appointment date and time will be subject to the full charge of the booked service.
